Join the KOS crew at multiple pickup points around Darwin, and clock up 100kms with a friendly mix of guys and gals of all ages.
This is a no drop ride, with an average pace of 27-29kph, depending on the route of the week.
We are a supportive bunch, and welcome new riders, who want to try their hand at a Century.
For those in Palmerston:
Meet at Caltex by Gateway Shopping Centre, Yarrawonga Road, 0540, for a 0545 Departure to Cool Spot
Meet at Cool Spot Fannie Bay, 0625 for a 0630 departure to Puma Berrimah
Puma Berrimah, 0655 for a 0700 Departure.
There is always a full ride brief at Puma, and the route will be discussed.
This is a no drop ride, with some sprint sections available for those that feel the need for speed, and a re gather at the end.
You are responsible for your own safety, and your own insurance.
Snacks and hydration are strongly advised.
Lights, Helmet, and enclosed footwear is essential. unfortunately, if you do not have this equipment, you will not be able to ride with us.
Please ensure you have set your front and rear lights to solid, as a courtesy to other riders.
The KOS Darwin Centurions always take in a stop at Beans N More Yarrawonga, for a chance to cool down and have a chat.
Expect this to be at around the 80km mark, if you have departed from the city.
