SomeTHING NOt QUITE RIGHT?

Sometimes what you order online isn’t quite what you had expected when it turns up on your doorstep. If this is the case with your purchase, don’t stress! We’ll provide you a full refund. There are just a few things you should know.

KOS POLICY

Items must be returned to us via post or at KOS HQ in the same condition as when you received it within 7 days of receipt or purchase. 

Items must be returned in the original recyclable bag with tags still attached. We cannot accept any items that have been worn or washed.

PRODUCT FAULTS

We spend a lot of time developing quality product that you can all be proud to wear and represent in the KOS colours. There are times however that unexpected manufacturing faults occur. 

If you feel that you have received something that has a manufacturing fault, please email team@knightsofsuburbia.com and we will follow it up with our supplier and come back to you within 5-7 business days. If the fault has been deemed to have occurred through excessive wear, unfortunately this will not be replaced or refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you have purchased something and it doesn’t quite fit we are more than happy to exchange it for the correct size as long as it is in stock. 

Firstly, contact us at team@knightsofsuburbia to check the availability of the item that you are wanting to swap over. Once confirmed, please return your item/s by post and include a return postage bag with your details clearly marked. If you are in Melbourne you can drop in to KOS HQ.

OTHER INFORMATION

We will not cover any postage costs when refunding items.

If you purchase an item on sale and need to exchange or receive a refund, you cannot use the everyday retail price of this item as the value being exchanged or refunded. Your purchase price will be used to work out the transaction.
