A WOMEN’S RACING TEAM WITH A PURPOSE.

Did you know that upwards of 40% of the women’s professional peloton are not financially supported to race their bikes? We are here to help fix that.

The mission of the Knights Race team is to develop a fully-funded Australian female cycling team that supports female cyclists by giving them every opportunity to reach the very pinnacle of the sport, within a healthy and empowering environment.

Our team is intentionally built around a mixture of abilities and experience, and our success is measured by creating opportunities, and building a rich, supportive culture of growth on and off the bike.

We are professional and competitive in all aspects of racing, however we never lose sight of the bigger picture—to have fun.

CHANGING THE CULTURE AROUND MENTAL HEALTH

We all have, or will, experience our own struggles with mental health. The stigma around mental health has decreased in recent years, in large part to the work of organisations like Love Me Love You.

At Knights Racing, we are doing our part to highlight and destigmatise the assumptions around mental health.

KNIGHTS OF SUBURBIA

Knights of Suburbia are a community of women and men with a passion for cycling—whether it be crit racing, commuting or coffee shop rolling.

More than a cycling brand, we are ‘a movement movement’. We cycle for physical and mental health, for the sense of community, for adventure and most importantly, for fun. But what unites us is our mission and sense of purpose:

To change the culture around mental health by raising awareness, stopping the stigma, starting conversations and empowering people to develop wellbeing and resilience in overcoming life’s challenges.

LOVE ME LOVE YOU

Love Me Love You is a not for profit organisation providing interactive and engaging programs that challenge the views and stigmas surrounding mental health.

According to the World Health Organization, mental health is ‘a state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.’

The mission of Love Me Love You is to empower the community to create positive change for their Mental Health.
